(King S-7 1618) c1961
This is one of five 7" 33⅓ stereo singles that were taken from the Stanley Brothers' In Person LP.
The singles were created for juke box use[1] and issued together with juke-box strips and a reproduction of the In Person sleeve. Most copies I've seen have been offered for sale as individual discs, but recently a complete set went on ebay for $125.
As How Mountain Girls Can Love had to be re-recorded in Feb 1961 for the stereo release of the In Person album, and their next secular album came out in Nov 1961 (Sing The Songs They Like Best), I'd guess that these stereo singles must have come out sometime in between.
I don't have a copy of this one, so can't say whether the version of Daybreak... is with or without the overdubbed guitars.
The stereo version of How Mountain Girls Can Love can be found on the The King Years, 1961-1965 4xCD set and both dubbed and undubbed versions of Daybreak In Dixie are likewise on The Early Starday/King Years, 1958-1961 4xCD set.
For a detailed breakdown and background to the Stanley's sessions, check Gary B. Reid's The Music Of The Stanley Brothers book, 111-114, 125-126, 150 and 155.
